THE GOOD: They cancelled my order, as I requested, expediently. THE BAD: I went to the trouble of spending time on their sight, finding what I wanted, and going through with the purchase, adding a coupon code, they sent me, as a first time customer. My order total was $25, including taxes and all fees, and my dicount. After I proceeded with my order and gave my personal information and credit card, the total changed and I was charged $29. BEWARE! Check your charges before and after you complete your transaction. SIDE NOTE: My expectation was they would get to the bottom of what happened, apologize, confirm it would never happen again, and make an offer to me to keep me as a customer. Instead, they just sent an email, letting me know my order was cancelled, as requested.

I received an expire Neova mask. It is already turn black color. I email the customer service and so far no reply yet. Update: they reply in a day and refunded me. I will buy again with them. Thank you!

I have made an order on April 29,2022 and on May, 10 my payment has been refunded. I Have decided that my order was cancelled and bought these items on the other platform. But on May 15, 2022 my money was charged again and currency rate was higher therefore I payed more than first time. Them my order was delivered on 17 May. Both items are good. But all this issues with payment (refund and charging again) made me angry.

I truly love this store! There are huge choice, excellent quality, affordable prices and discounts all the time. Also, they provide really fast delivery! Amazing place! Thanks for your service!

I originally wrote an unfavorable review because I had an issue with my order and wanted to resolve it by phone. I thought we would need to discuss it.

I left messages but noone returned my calls. I was miffed and wrote the bad review.

I finally emailed and was told that because of COVID, their small company had noone to listen to and return calls.

They resolved the problems immediately, graciously, and generously. I am now a fan!

Ordered $200 worth of products. Never received items. Seller simply said "not our problem - your package was lost or stolen so it is your problem" I am $200 out, no products and no resolution. I will NEVER use them again. Why would then send out this value of products and not request signature upon delivery??? Appalling customer service.
